Do I need experience driving off road to rent your UTVs?
No, not at all. Our UTVs are easy to drive and are designed to be enjoyed by anyone with a valid drivers license.
How much does it cost?
Half Day rentals start at $424/day plus tax for our Can-Am X3 Turbo 2 seater and $474/day plus tax for our Can-Am X3 Turbo 4 seater. Full Day rentals start at $574/day plus tax for our Can-Am X3 Turbo 2 seater and $624/day plus tax for our Can-Am X3 Turbo 4 seater. Can I drive directly to the trails from your facility or do I need a trailer?
All our Can-Ams are street legal and we have dozens of spectacular trails you can access right from our facility so just show up and drive! If you want to bring your vehicle up north or start your adventure further away, we provide trailer rentals for $35/day.
What accessories do you provide with your rentals?
When you rent from us, your Side-by-Side comes outfitted with helmets equipped with radio communications for seamless connectivity during your ride. For added storage, side storage bags are included, allowing you to easily carry necessary items and personal belongings. Additionally, our UTVs feature full doors and safety nets, enhancing your protection and security while navigating through various terrains.
What is Radio Communication and why does it make a difference?
Radio communication has transformed the UTV riding experience, and recognizing its significance, we've meticulously outfitted every Side-by-Side in our fleet with a $1,200 advanced radio system. Our helmets are innovatively designed with integrated speakers and voice-activated microphones that minimize engine noise, facilitating clear and uninterrupted conversations at any speed. In group adventures, these radios empower you to effortlessly communicate between vehicles with a simple button push, ensuring continuous connectivity and coordination.
For a personalized touch, wirelessly connect your phone via Bluetooth, allowing you to immerse yourself in your favorite tunes, enhancing your journey as you explore and enjoy the captivating sights. This exclusive, comprehensive communication feature, unavailable elsewhere in the Valley, is inclusively offered in your rental, elevating your adventure to unprecedented levels of enjoyment and memorability.
Do I need to make a reservation or can we just show up?
Reservations are recommended but not required. Walk ins are welcome! Reservation can be made online here, or give us a call at (602) 761-7772
How old do you have to be to rent?
PJ’s UTV Rentals requires that you be 25 years old to rent and 21 years old to operate our UTVs. All drivers must be listed on the rental agreement and have a valid driver's license.
What is the cancellation policy?
There is a 72-hour cancellation policy in order to receive a full refund on your Reservation Deposit. After 72 hours the Reservation Deposit will be deemed non-refundable, however, with a minimum 48 hour advance notice, we will allow you to make up your reservation for up to 3 months.
Can I take your equipment to the Dunes or Mexico?
No, we do not allow our equipment to be taken to the Dunes or Mexico.
Are your UTVs 4-Wheel Drive?
Absolutely! Engaging the 4-wheel drive on our Side-by-Sides is a breeze. Simply bring the vehicle to a stop and press a button. Rest assured, we prioritize your comfort and safety; you will receive a comprehensive briefing that thoroughly covers this feature, among others, ensuring you feel entirely confident and well-acquainted with all aspects of the UTV before embarking on your adventure.
Do I have to purchase insurance?
Purchasing insurance is not mandatory; however, you will be held accountable for any damage inflicted on the vehicle during your rental period. At the time of rental pickup, a $2,000 security deposit will be authorized on your credit card. It's advisable to consult with your auto insurance company prior to your rental, as many policies extend coverage to rental vehicles, which may provide you with sufficient protection during your use of our vehicle.
